Dunville & Associates has been in business as a realtor, home builder, and general contractor creating elegant, high-end custom homes in Indianapolis, Indiana and the surrounding areas since 1988. We service Geist, Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, and Zionsville as well as the counties of Hamilton, Marion, and Boone which make up the greater Indianapolis Indiana area. We are a family-owned, husband and wife operation that specializes in the construction of high-end custom homes.  In addition to new home construction, we are also an experienced re-modeler and builder of room additions. Our business has steadily grown over the past 18 years thanks to our personable approach to every construction project, our attention to detail, and the great report we maintain with previous clients. Many are so delighted by the work we have done for them that they generously permit us to bring new clients into their homes on occasion for viewings. 

On average, Dunville & Associates builds five to seven new homes a year with price ranges of $500,000 and above. We build one spec home on the lakefront every year, with the rest being custom home projects. Additionally, we have recently branched out into commercial construction work, creating customized office space for companies seeking to own their own Indianapolis area business location. We expect this new venture to be very successful, as it provides businesses with a number of conveniences and cost-effective benefits.
